Bhai Taru Singh Ji lived through an extremely difficult time for the Sikhs, where Sikhs were killed for being Sikhs and the orders were to erode the Sikhs completely from the Earth. However, Sikhs were not the only ones who faced harsh times as the Mughal Empire was cruel to Non-Sikhs too. One Muslim named Rahim had his daughter forcibly took away by the high government officials. Bhai Taru Singh ji helped this person get his daughter back and in return Bhai Taru Singh Ji faced martyrdom. Bhai Taru Singh Ji has always been a source of inspiration for the young Sikh boys and Girls to choose the path of the true Guru and will always remain so.
